WORK BEGAN ON THE COLLECTOR IN NOVO SELO

After months of delay in the contest and collect the tender documentation today in the settlement of City Municipality of Palilula – Novo Selo began work on the construction of atmospheric collector. Contractors, workers of Water Management Company “South Morava” ad in restructuring, which has been selected as preferred bidder for the construction of the collector in the street “Toplicki partizanski odredi” in Novo Selo, visited the President of City Municipality of Palilula, Prof. Dr Igor Novakovic and his associates.

According to Novica Stankovic, Technical Director VP “Juzna Morava” and Dejan Ciric, head of the site, with Contract of building, that is signed with PE “Directorate for City Land Development”  is envisaged that the works on the section of 940 meters of the street “Toplicki partizanski odredi” complete within 120 days. In the first phase of the project will be placed tubes F 700-1200 and made connections on the existing network, from Nisava to the settlement. Upon completion of these works will start paving of this road in Novo Selo.

The realization of infrastructure project that we announce, says President of Palilula Municipality Dr Igor Novakovic successfully is implemented. In the case of the construction of collector works was entrusted to the Nis` company “Juzna Morava” which is in the process of restructuring. It will employ workers who have long been out of work, and that is especially pleased to me – highlights Novakovic. Otherwise, in our Municipality ongoing works on the construction on West Gate of old cemetery “Gorica” and arrangement of the Memorial Park “Bubanj” which is realized within the Neighborhood Program with financial support of the European Union. Thanks to the activities of our project team, we got more donations in the realization of the projects with LEDIB, GTZ, the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities of Serbia. At this time ongoing and implementation of the project from program Exchange 3 which is designed for socially – vulnerable category of population.
